JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for Hiring Coordinator functions, including recruitment, interviewing, new-hire processing, orientation scheduling, and adherence to the Human Resources processes of assurance Personnel Files are in compliance with Local, State, and Federal Laws and Regulations and Company Policies; communicates with facilities, colleges, job fairs, and workshops to assist with recruitment of Employees; must communicate courteously and respectfully with Residents, Employees, visitors and others
CHAIN OF COMMAND:
Lead Hiring Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma and basic computer skills in Microsoft Office; previous experience in Human Resources or Office / Clerical experience in Long-Term Care preferred; must have a current Mississippi Driver’s License; must pass drug screens and have a satisfactory Criminal History Background Check
Must have dependable transportation
Some daytime travel required
EQUIPMENT USED:
Copy machine, telephone, fax machine computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows and basic computer programs
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Works in a clean, well-lighted, climate-controlled healthcare facility with hard and/or carpeted floors
