We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Customer Experience & Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing online team at our Springdale General Office. This role is a key part of our day-to-day eCommerce operations and customer support experience.

You will work closely with our eCommerce staff assisting with online order fulfillment, customer communication, shipment coordination, live chat, phone support, and helping ensure our customers receive the high level of service Bedford Camera is known for.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, positive, and customer-focused. You should enjoy helping people and be comfortable communicating through phone, email, and live chat.
The ideal candidate can multitask effectively, stay calm under pressure during busy sales periods, and pay close attention to details while handling orders and customer interactions.
Photography knowledge is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train someone with a strong work ethic and great communication skills.
eCommerce Customer Experience & Fulfillment Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily online order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order verification, payment information, shipment updates, and product availability.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
- Coordinate with retail store teams to ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.
- Help process incoming inventory and prioritize customer backorders and preorders.
- Review orders for accuracy and assist with fraud prevention and payment verification when needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism across all communication channels.
- Help monitor order queues and ensure shipments are processed efficiently during high-volume periods.
- Assist customers with product questions, shipping concerns, and order modifications.
- Support the eCommerce team with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed.
