Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Assistant role based in High Point, NC. The Production Assistant will support daily manufacturing activities, including preparing materials, assisting with mattress and component assembly, and ensuring production lines are stocked and organized. This role will help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area, follow established production schedules, and assist with basic quality checks to meet company standards. The Production Assistant will collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to troubleshoot issues, complete work orders accurately, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position may also involve occasional interaction with logistics or customer-facing teams to coordinate orders, deliveries, or special production requirements.
Qualifications
- Production Assistance skills, including supporting assembly processes, handling materials safely, and following standardized work instructions.
- Quality Control skills to inspect products, identify defects, and follow procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with specifications.
- Customer Service skills to communicate professionally when coordinating with internal teams or supporting order and delivery requirements.
