Tennis Court Maintenance Associate — Morning Shift Bedens Brook Club — Skillman, NJ
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: 5–6 days per week, 5:45 AM–9:00 AM
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team and help keep our hydro tennis courts in top condition each morning. This is a great opportunity for an early riser who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of an active, outdoor environment at Bedens Brook Club.
Responsibilities
- Sweep and prepare all hydro tennis courts before daily play begins
- Blow off court-side decks and surrounding pathways
- Inspect courts for debris, standing water, or damage and address accordingly
- Ensure all tennis balls are cleared from courts and surrounding areas
- Empty trash cans and maintain overall facility cleanliness
- Operate court maintenance equipment safely and effectively
- Report any facility issues or equipment needs to management
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area
What We're Looking For
- Punctual and dependable — early morning availability is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Prior groundskeeping or facility maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to perform light physical work (sweeping, walking, bending)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
