Responsibilities:
Teaching: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in their area of expertise, including introductory psychology, advanced courses in their specialty, and other courses as needed. Develop and deliver engaging lectures, lead effective discussions, and provide timely and constructive feedback on student work.
Research: Conduct high-quality research in their area of specialization, publish findings in reputable journals, and present research at national and international conferences. Seek external funding to support research activities.
Mentorship: Advise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students, including undergraduate research students and graduate students pursuing advanced degrees.
Service: Participate in departmental and university committees, contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum, and engage in service activities that benefit the academic community.
