This Role Is For Closers
This is a performance-driven sales role with significant commission upside. You will own your pipeline, hunt for new business, and are expected to close deals daily. If you’re motivated by targets, competition, and uncapped earning potential — you’ll thrive here.
If you’re looking for a cushy inside sales job, heavy hand-holding, or a “wait for the phone to ring” role, this is not the position for you.
What You’ll Do
Revenue Generation
- Sell BedWood® and RetroLiner® kits and components to retail and wholesale customers
- Aggressively prospect and generate new leads via outbound calls, email, and online channels
- Follow up relentlessly — you understand that money is made in the follow-up
- Close deals, upsell, and cross-sell based on customer needs and build types
Ownership & Execution
- Run your own book of business and manage your pipeline from first contact to close
- Accurately track sales activity, conversion rates, and revenue
- Identify opportunities to increase average order value and referral sales
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and satisfied customers
Brand Representation
- Become a product expert and trusted advisor within the truck restoration and custom build community
- Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects our brands
