About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer / Videographer to join our team! In this role, you’ll produce high-quality imagery and video content that brings our seasonal products to life across digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality product, lifestyle, and campaign photography.
• Style and execute shoots in studio and on location to reflect brand tone.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to meet briefs and deadlines.
• Edit and prepare final images using Capture One Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain organised digital asset library and consistent file naming.
• Assist with seasonal campaign concepts and visual merchandising.
• Ensure all photography meets brand standards for print and digital.
• Coordinate with stylists, models, and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain studio and equipment readiness.
• Contribute creative ideas for shoots, layouts, and storytelling.
• Basic videography skills desirable.

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Photography or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years’ experience in commercial, lifestyle, and product photography.
• Proven ability in studio and location shoots.
• Knowledge of common commercial grade camera systems (Stills / Motion)
• Strong technical skills in lighting, composition, and post-production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One Pro.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel across Melbourne.
• Bonus: Experience with retail/e-commerce photography and video content.
