About the Role

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design? Bed Bath N’ Table is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute to the concept, design, and creation of highly engaging visual content across all marketing channels.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will:

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and photographers to bring cohesive brand stories to life.
• Manage ticketing and checklist outputs with precision and efficiency.
• Create weekly ticketing outputs and support the design team in crafting a wide range of visual assets, including:
• • Eye-catching email campaigns
  • Engaging eCommerce assets
  • Beautiful packaging for homeware products
  • Inspiring in-store point-of-sale campaigns

What We’re Looking For

You will shine in this role if you have:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Experience with Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong PC skills
• Ability to work across print and digital formats with a solid background in graphic design
• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating visually beautiful work
• Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Understanding of brand guidelines and design principles
