Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and key metrics.

Ensure that all client feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.
*5 years of experience in e-commerce management, account management, or a similar role.
*Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving sales growth.
*Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, Shopify, TikTok, Temu) and digital marketing strategies.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
