What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Bed & Bark Pet Resort?
We are looking for a positive and outgoing applicant to join our work family. Responsibilities include answering the phones, assisting customers with booking their pet's stay, checking guests in and out, and assisting animal care staff as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a love of animals, and be a positive and supportive member of our team. Able to work at a fast pace, high volume day.
Bed and Bark is a local, family owned business who strives to provide the highest level of care and service to our community and the guests we care for.
Our staff work four days a week, 10 hour shifts ( 8-6 ) and have three days off. The schedule will include rotating weekends.
