Job Description
Job Summary
Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to produce medical devices and components in a cleanroom environment, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Work hours: 7PM - 7AM
Job Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor various production machines (e.g., molding machines, assembly equipment, packaging lines) according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Perform in-process quality checks, inspections, and measurements to ensure products meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or escalate complex problems to maintenance or engineering.
- Complete accurate production records, logs, and documentation as required.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and cleanroom protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet output targets.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading of machine components.
- Identify and report any non-conforming materials or products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma/G.E.D. preferred OR 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience is preferred.
