Are you a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury apartment environment? We are looking for an experienced Property Director to oversee two premier luxury apartment communities totaling 227 apartment homes in the heart of downtown Jacksonville.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven property management professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving outstanding financial and operational results.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of two luxury apartment communities.
  
  
• Inspire, coach, and develop onsite team members to achieve their full potential.
  
  
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
  
  
• Manage property financial performance, including budgets, collections, and expense control.
  
  
• Ensure exceptional curb appeal, maintenance standards, and overall community presentation.
  
  
• Build positive relationships with residents while providing an outstanding customer experience.
  
  
• Analyze reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and all applicable laws.
  
  
• Partner closely with regional leadership to achieve property goals and maximize asset performance.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing multifamily apartment communities.
  
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Proven success in leasing, occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance.
  
  
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and operational oversight.
  
  
• Ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  
  
• Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
  
  
• Experience with property management software (ResMan experience is a plus).
