  • Anticipate changes, address scope shifts quickly, and maintain alignment with Nike’s evolving priorities.
  • Create detailed production timelines with multiple overlapping workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery under compressed schedules.

Project Leadership & Oversight

  • Act as lead producer for Nike’s highest-profile events and activations, managing large multi-disciplinary teams of producers, coordinators, and freelancers.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship on mid-size projects, empowering direct reports to lead while ensuring quality control.

Vendor & Project Management

  • Build, manage, and negotiate with Nike’s global vendor network across fabrication, AV, graphics, staffing, and logistics.
  • Ensure vendor alignment with Nike’s standards for quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with internal Experiential Operations to expand and refine preferred partner networks for global execution.

Cross-Functional & Athlete First Collaboration

  • Serve as a key production voice in high-level Nike meetings, representing feasibility and operational strategy.
  • Partner seamlessly with Nike’s internal stakeholders, athletes, and brand teams, ensuring experiences are athlete-first, culturally sensitive, and aligned with Nike’s sports heritage.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Production, Creative, Client Services, and external partners.

Process & Protocol Development

  • Help evolve Nike-specific systems, tools, and templates to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Share learnings across the Production team to elevate executional consistency across Nike programs.
