Role Overview:
BeCore is seeking a motivated and results-driven Manager, Agency Growth to join our team. This role will focus on both inbound and outbound lead generation, dedicating approximately 70% of your time to generating meaningful ROI through strategic business development efforts. The remaining 30% will be spent managing our digital marketing initiatives, including the creation of top-of-funnel marketing assets like branded product decks, infographics, white papers. The ideal candidate has a passionate for sales, marketing and an ambitious go-getter.
What You'll Do:
Lead Generation and Business Development (70%)
- Identify and implement effective inbound and outbound lead generation tactics to drive new business opportunities.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other digital marketing channels to connect with potential clients and generate interest in BeCore's services.
- Design and develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, case studies, and promotional materials that support the sales team in their efforts.
- Engage with prospective clients, conduct needs assessments, and facilitate development of client deliverables with internal resources to secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to foster long-term collaboration and repeat business.
Digital Marketing Management (30%)
- Develop engaging and informative marketing materials, such as infographics, white papers, and blog posts, to attract and educate potential clients.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business development goals and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with BeCore creative, client services, production, finance teams as well as underdog & co brands to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in an agency or related industry.
- Proven expertise in lead generation strategies and sales techniques.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and other digital marketing platforms
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
