Frontend Engineer

We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer with a sharp eye for design and strong backend instincts to join our product team. You’ll play a key role in building seamless, responsive, and emotionally resonant user experiences across our digital platform.

You’ll work closely with design, product, and data to shape the look and feel of our tools—while also contributing to the backend architecture that powers them. If you're someone who sweats the small stuff in UX, loves clean code, and thrives in a fast-moving environment, we want to meet you.

• Build and maintain pixel-perfect, performant front-end applications (React, Vue, Nuxt)
• Partner with designers to bring elegant UI/UX to life with empathy and clarity
• Implement animations, interactions, and transitions that enhance usability
• Contribute to backend systems and APIs (Node, Supabase, MySQL) as needed
• Own web performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
• Collaborate across product and engineering to scope, build, and iterate fast
• Support data tracking, A/B testing, and analytics integrations (e.g., Posthog, Snowflake)

• Have 4–6 years of experience building modern web applications
• Are fluent in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Vue, or Nuxt
• Have a strong design sensibility—you care about typography, hierarchy, flow, and polish
• Are comfortable working with backend technologies and API integrations (REST, GraphQL)
• Write clean, maintainable code and value documentation, testing, and code reviews
• Enjoy working on small, mission-driven teams where every detail matters
• Are thoughtful, resourceful, and passionate about building products that matter

• Have experience in personal development, psychometrics, or feedback tools
• Have worked with tools like Supabase, Stripe, Klaviyo, Airtable, or Zapier
• Have built animations or transitions that enhance emotional UX
• Have experience working at a startup or collaborating closely with design

💰 Compensation: $130,000–$170,000 base salary, bonus potential, and benefits
