Fresh Perspective Cleaning Co. is seeking dependable Janitorial Cleaners for a commercial cleaning contract in Lawton, OK.
The Janitorial Cleaner will be responsible for general cleaning and upkeep of a healthcare facility. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Job duties include:
- General building cleaning
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms
- Aseptic cleaning of all medical rooms
- Cleaning offices, waiting areas, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors
- Cleaning glass, mirrors, and high touch surfaces
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Handling and transporting waste according to facility procedures
- Restocking soap, sanitizer, paper products, and other supplies
- Responding to spills and cleaning needs as assigned
- Keeping assigned janitorial areas clean and organized
- Following safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures
- Completing assigned cleaning routes and daily checklists
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial, aseptic commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or environmental services experience preferred
- Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be comfortable working in a healthcare facility
- Must be able to safely perform physical cleaning duties including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing cleaning equipment, and lifting
- Must be able to follow written and verbal cleaning and safety instructions
- Must be able to pass required background screening and facility credentialing
- Must complete required training before beginning independent work
Shift Availability:
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Work Days: Monday through Friday
Some federal holidays may be required.
Pay: $17.50 per hour
