Become Elite Soccer is growing, and we are looking for passionate, hardworking people to join our team. We are currently hiring for all positions across coaching, programs, and club support.

Whether your strengths are on the field, in program leadership, or in helping support day-to-day operations, we are looking for team members excited to help us create a positive, high-standard soccer environment for our players and families.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Passionate about player development
• Willing to work with all ability levels, ages 3–19, boys and girls
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong communicators with a solid work ethic
• Comfortable helping both on the field and within the community
• Ready to grow within the club and take on expanded responsibilities over time

Opportunities may include:

• Team coaching
• Camp and clinic coaching
• Program leadership
• Community outreach and networking
• Administrative and operational support
• Social media and club promotion support

Preferred qualifications:

• Playing experience required for coaching-related roles
• Coaching license preferred, but not required
• Full-year availability preferred for leadership and full-time roles
• Licensed driver with access to a vehicle
