Reports To: Store Manager
The Only Facial needs several “other people first” Estheticians to join our team. Are you a licensed Esthetician who truly cares about your customers healthy skin care routine? Do you enjoy building a relationship with your clients – not just providing a service? Requirements:What You’ll Do:
- Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
- Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

- Licensed Esthetician (required)
