Job Purpose:
- The Foreman at Beckstrom Electric Co Master will oversee and manage electrical projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of electricians on various projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to team members, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
- Inspect and evaluate work in progress and completed work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours, providing reports as needed.
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the course of a project.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Required Education:
