This position reports to the Head of Application Science and is part of the Product Management team and will be an on-site role in Loveland, CO; Indianapolis, IN or Miami, FL.

This position reports to the Head of Application Science and is part of the Product Management team and will be an on-site role in Loveland, CO; Indianapolis, IN or Miami, FL.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Support application development and launch Including Experiments design based on user workflows—internally and with external collaborators in academia and industry.
- Enable customer & field associates worflows with product workshops, training, as well as demo concepts tailored to different customer need
- Lead application and product communication internally and externally as a subject matter expert
- Manage the applications lab and ensure equipment is maintained and ready for testing and demos adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Extensive experience in high-complexity flow cytometry assay development and data analysis. Experience with Spectral flow cytometry. Experience with imaging flow cytometry is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or collaborations is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 40%, including customer, cross-functional team meetings, and international travel.
- No additional physical lifting or environmental requirements anticipated.
