The Manufacturing Technician – Production Operations O1 is responsible for performing a variety of assignments within a manufacturing environment which mainly include but not limited to assisting with the filling and packaging of reagents.

This position reports to the Manager of Production Operations and is part of the manufacturing operations team located in Hebron, Kentucky and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with team members to assemble production units by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process in a clean, temp controlled environment.
• Support 5S activities in manufacturing areas. Track and maintain production data. Take part in a broad range of continuous improvement activities across the manufacturing site.
• Maintain training records & comply with all company policies & procedures.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability communicate and understand complex production and safety instructions.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to lift 25lbs. on a semi-continuous basis.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• FDA or similarly regulated manufacturing environments.

The hourly range for this role is $20.00 hourly. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
