Responsibilities (not limited to this list)
- Perform vital sign measurements and record patient information accurately
- Review/update of medications
- Verifying that patient charts are updated promptly and accurately
- Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation
- Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
- EKG
- Holter Monitors
- Stress tests
- Provide exceptional patient service and support
Qualifications
- Valid/current LPN license
- Proficiency in vital signs assessment
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Strong patient care skills and dedication to service excellence
- Ability to work effectively with other team members in a fast-paced medical environment
