What You’ll Do
- HRIS & Data Auditing: Dive into our HR system (e.g., UKG) to pull reports and documents, clean up or enter data, and ensure our employee records are 100% accurate.
- Recruitment Support: Help manage the candidate pipeline by screening resumes, conducting phone screening, and scheduling interviews or supporting the HR team at hiring events.
- Special Projects: Help plan, set up, and host colleague events or assist with other HR related functions as needed.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an HR, Business, or Data Analytics, associates or bachelor degree program.
- Strong interest in HR Technology and Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with total discretion.
