Job Description
Growth Strategy and Market Development
Own the North America growth roadmap, including priority markets, applications, customers, adjacencies, partnerships, and potential acquisition opportunities.
- Develop a prioritized growth roadmap with clear targets, timelines, and accountability.
- Build market, customer, competitive, and regulatory insight to guide where Beckett Thermal Solutions should invest, partner, build, or exit.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable commercial, product, and customer plans.
Commercial Excellence and Customer Relationships
Lead a disciplined, scalable commercial model that supports customer focus, pricing, pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and margin performance.
- Expand and create new strategic relationships with OEM and channel customers in HVAC, thermal systems, combustion, and adjacent engineered-product markets.
- Advance pricing, pipeline, forecasting, and margin-management processes.
- Align commercial execution with engineering, operations, supply chain, product management, and finance.
Product Strategy and Business Planning
Partner with technical and business leaders across the enterprise to ensure product and investment decisions are grounded in customer needs, competitive dynamics, regulatory trends, and attractive growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 15 years of experience in industrial, HVAC, heating, combustion, thermal systems, engineered products, or related manufacturing markets.
- Prior Director or equivalent commercial leadership experience.
- Proven success identifying, prioritizing, and converting profitable growth opportunities.
- Experience developing OEM customer relationships, influencing specifications, and selling technical or engineered solutions.
- Strength in multiple areas including business development, technical sales, product management, commercial excellence, market strategy, pricing, or channel development.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and global teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience building and scaling a commercial organization.
- Exposure to adjacent market entry, M&A, strategic partnerships, & new channel development.
- Experience in North American HVAC OEM, thermal systems, combustion, or engineered component markets.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field required.
- Engineering background or strong technical acumen strongly preferred; MBA desirable.
