Responsibilities
- Handle delicate, high-value collectibles with the utmost care.
- Operate electronic equipment to sonically weld items (trading cards, comic books, memorabilia) in protective plastic cases following a multi-step process.
- Learn the various case sizes and create custom-sized wells or sleeves when necessary.
- Maintain and track inventory of plastic cases/wells; notify management of shortages, damages, or equipment issues.
- Perform quality control checks on encapsulated collectibles.
- Enter basic information into company databases.
- Prepare and package finished products for shipment.
- Occasionally travel to trade shows and events (as business needs arise).
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds; push/pull carts as needed.
- Sit and/or stand for entire shifts (8–9 hours).
- You may be required to work in other areas of the business as needed. Cross-training will be provided to support flexibility, team collaboration, and business continuity.
- Work overtime hours, including weekends, as business needs arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Possibility of travel to Events/Shows as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to meet production goals while maintaining high accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to contribute to a positive and collaborative environment.
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of collectibles (trading cards, comic books, memorabilia) a plus but not required.
