Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. This role is a key member of the Talent Acquisition function, supporting recruiting operations, candidate experience, employer branding, university recruiting, and TA technology. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with ease, and is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Compensation: $24.23 – $27.55/hour | Non-Exempt | Denver, CO (On-Site)

Contract to Hire: After 90 days, there is an opportunity to convert to a permanent hire with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office per week.

Work Location & Schedule

This position is based at our client's Denver, CO headquarters. The role begins as a contract position, fully on-site (5 days per week) during the initial training period.

What You'll Do

Recruiting Operations

  • Coordinate and manage recruiting workflows through UKG Recruiting and related talent acquisition systems
  • Process job requisitions, job postings, candidate workflows, and offer requests
  • Maintain recruiting data integrity and ensure candidate records are complete and accurate
  • Manage recruiting technology platforms and subscriptions including UKG Recruiting, Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, and other sourcing tools
  • Monitor and manage the Talent Acquisition shared email inbox
  • Generate recruiting reports and metrics as requested

Candidate Experience

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for candidates and hiring teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure a professional, positive, and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding
  • Assist with offer preparation and pre-employment activities

Pre-Employment and Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate initiation and completion of pre-employment screenings including background checks and drug screenings
  • Monitor screening results and communicate timely updates to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Support onboarding preparation and new hire readiness activities

Employer Branding and University Recruiting

  • Support employer branding initiatives across recruiting and social media platforms
  • Coordinate career fairs, networking events, university partnerships, and recruiting programs
  • Manage recruiting materials, event logistics, and candidate communications

Compliance and Process Management

  • Maintain recruiting records in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Ensure recruiting processes align with EEO requirements and company policies
  • Support compliance with pay transparency, applicant tracking, and record retention obligations
  • Document, review, and continuously improve recruiting processes

What You Bring

Required

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or administrative operations
  • Experience working within an ATS; UKG Recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience supporting multi-state recruiting activities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance requirements
  • Experience with employer branding or campus recruiting initiatives
