  • Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator—ensuring alignment between executive priorities and organizational execution.
  • Prepare and synthesize executive-level communications, including board materials, investor presentations, speeches, and strategic updates.
  • Drive follow-through on key initiatives by tracking deliverables, surfacing risks, and ensuring accountability across the Leadership Team.
  • Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar as a strategic asset—balancing long-term priorities with real-time demands.
  • Lead planning and execution of executive meetings (Board, Leadership, strategic offsites), including agenda development, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Establish and maintain operating cadences that enhance organizational alignment and decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to gather insights, prepare reports, and translate data into actionable executive summaries.
  • Serve as a central liaison between the CEO and senior leaders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Influence outcomes by coordinating across departments, removing barriers, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead or support high-impact strategic projects tied to company growth, culture, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior administrative staff, elevating overall team effectiveness.
  • Handle highly sensitive business and personal matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations with minimal direction.
  • Represent the CEO and company with poise in interactions with senior stakeholders, partners, and external executives.
  • Oversee complex domestic and international travel planning, ensuring efficiency and seamless execution.
  • Manage executive-level events, including leadership meetings, offsites, and the Annual Incentive Trip (50–200 attendees).
  • Prepare detailed briefing materials to ensure the CEO is consistently prepared and informed.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
