Becker Service Center is looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to our team. We’ve served the community for more than 45 years and built a strong reputation for honest, dependable service. We’re one of the busiest and most established independent repair shops in the western suburbs, and we’re continuing to grow.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicates clearly, and can keep repairs moving while working closely with technicians and the rest of the team.
What you’ll do
- Welcome customers and listen carefully to their concerns.
- Write clear repair orders and gather the details technicians need.
- Explain inspection findings, recommended services, and estimates in a straightforward, no-pressure way.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Review completed repairs with customers and help ensure a positive experience.
- Help with parts ordering and receiving.
