Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of a home improvement project from planning to implementation (includes roofing, siding, chimney and other home improvement projects)
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Communicate with customers effectively, positively and in a timely manner regarding their projects, including any concerns they may have prior to, during, and post-project.
- Communicate concerns and any other unresolved or complicated issues to management as soon as possible in order to keep project running smoothly and prevent delays.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related project management fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong organizational skills
