Position Summary: The Warehouse Associate supports Becker Pumps Corporation
in providing vacuum pump and compressor parts to a wide variety of customers. Warehouse team members represented by the union and are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving, processing work orders, inventory control, picking, packing, staging and shipping customer orders.
Essential Functions:
· Receive incoming items, unpack shipments, verify accuracy, and replenish stock.
· Review product labeling for accuracy.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
· Coordinate with internal warehouse personnel and Customer Service to meet or exceed customer expectations.
· Operate tow motors/forklifts to load and unload shipments.
· Perform packaging duties for pumps, compressors, and parts.
· Prepare completed orders for shipment.
· Inspect pumps and components for damage.
· Work on special projects as directed.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Experience):
- High school, GED, or equivalent diploma.

Work Conditions/Physical Demands:
Primarily a warehouse environment, requires prolonged standing, moderate physical exertion, lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds frequently. Frequent pulling, pushing, carrying, reaching, bending, twisting, climbing, squatting, and crouching. Occasional exposure to fumes in the warehouse area.
