We are a well-established aesthetic and plastic surgery practice specializing in surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation and body contouring, including non-surgical fillers and lasers. We’re seeking a friendly full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Princeton, NJ and play a key role in our growth.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Respond promptly and warmly to incoming leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Consultation Management: Handle calls from prospective patients, book consultations, and ensure a seamless experience from greeting, initial contact to consultation, taking photos and checking out.
- Sales & Presentation: Confidently present quotes, discuss payment options, and secure surgery deposits. (Free Training Provided)
- Patient Advocacy: Educate patients about why our surgeons and injectors are the best in the industry.
- Convert Consultations! Use the training we provide to increase consultation conversion rates.
- Follow-Up Excellence: Proactively follow up with potential patients via phone, email, and text, providing personalized care to those who still need to book surgery.
- Tech-Savvy Coordination: Work with various software programs and apps to manage patient information and streamline processes.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly progress reports with key stats and feedback.
Who We’re Looking For:
This is a full-time in-house position.
- Industry and/or Sales Experience: You have experience in the cosmetic surgery or luxury sales industry, with a track record of success in high-end sales. We may consider someone with great people skills who is new to this industry but eager to learn and grow.
- Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner: You’re comfortable with technology, quick to learn new systems, and always seeking ways to improve efficiency.
- Driven & Responsible: You’re motivated by results, take ownership of your work, and are committed to excellence.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
