Responsibilities
Essential Duties/Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Lead and develop projects from early concept through completion
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Consult with the client to determine the client’s needs and wants
- Apply sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields
- Use of advanced techniques and modification of theories, precepts, and practices
- May supervise a staff of architects, designers, and technicians
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Good visualization, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Capable of combining aesthetics with function and the mechanics of buildings
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Projects, etc.)
- Bachelor of Architecture (BArch)
- Must have Revit experience
- 2 years of experience
- Professional License required
