Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent, based in Jensen Beach, FL. The Sales Agent will be responsible for actively engaging with prospective clients to promote insurance offerings and provide tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers, providing support during the sales process, educating clients about available insurance options, and meeting sales goals through effective strategies. The role requires diligent record-keeping and participation in training sessions to stay current on industry standards and products.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and understand their needs
- Sales skills with demonstrated expertise in achieving targets and closing deals
- Knowledge and experience in the Insurance industry, including policy options and regulations
- Ability to participate in and learn from ongoing Training sessions to enhance professional development
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree or insurance certifications are a plus
- Licensed 2-20 or 4-40
