Beck’s Hardware Home Garden is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Person to grow our contractor, industrial, and commercial accounts. If you have a strong background in hardware, tools, fasteners, paint, and B2B sales—you may be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, industrial clients, and commercial accounts
- Promote and sell hardware products including tools, paint, fasteners, and related materials
- Develop new business while servicing existing customers
- Provide knowledgeable product solutions and job-site support
- Meet sales goals and represent our brand professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience (contractor/industrial/commercial preferred)
- Strong product knowledge of hardware, tools, fasteners, and paint
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
Compensation: Base Salary Commission - competitive earning potential with opportunities for long-term growth.
