Beck iPhone Repair is a locally owned cell phone repair shop in Sacramento dedicated to providing fast, high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for an experienced, dependable technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a new business.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose customer devices and recommend repair solutions.
- Perform repairs on iPhones, Samsung phones, iPads, and other mobile devices.
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components.
- Test all devices before returning them to customers.
- Provide professional customer service and explain repair options clearly.
- Keep the repair bench and work area clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management and notify management when parts are running low.
- Recommend accessories such as screen protectors and phone cases when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on cell phone repair experience is required.
- Ability to complete iPhone screen and battery replacements independently.
- Samsung repair experience is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, honest, and professional.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple repairs.
Schedule
- Part-time to start.
- Opportunity for full-time as the business grows.
- Weekend availability is a plus.
Pay$20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
