What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Home Inspector position at Beck Inspects Inc?
Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
- Complete residential inspections primarily for buyers, using Spectora Reporting System
- Additional inspections completed are Rental, Mold, Radon, and investor inspections
Schedule:
- Perform inspections Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
- Home Inspector License (Required)
- Great communications skills
- Comfortable with technology and computers
- People-oriented
- Team player
- Comfortable with this physically demanding position
- Reliable vehicle
- Good driving record
- Eligible to work in the US
- Ready and willing to work hard and travel throughout the Maryland area
IMPORTANT: To be considered for the position, you must be a Maryland licensed inspector.
