What You’ll Do
This role focuses on hands-on mechanical assembly and testing of mixer components in a structured production environment.
You will assemble hydraulic hoses and components, install and align mixer parts, test subassemblies for functionality, and ensure all components meet Beck Industrial quality standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting product issues, calibrating and adjusting equipment using measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers, and operating production equipment according to established manufacturing procedures. Meeting daily production expectations while maintaining safety, precision, and product quality is essential.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment
- Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based production environment
This role is ideal for individuals who take ownership of their work and show up ready to contribute every day.
Physical Work Requirements
This position is performed in a manufacturing shop environment and requires physical stamina.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle tools and parts
- Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, twist, stretch, and stand for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to work regular overtime
