What You'll Do:
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle makes, models, features, and benefits
- Generate your own business through prospecting, referrals, and social media outreach
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Explain and offer extended warranties and protection options
- Stay organized and maintain consistent follow-up with leads and customers
- Utilize CRM systems, phone, and digital tools effectively
