As a BPMI Experienced Supply Chain Systems Analyst (Resident), located at the Department of Energy (DOE) material office in Mechanicsburg, you will serve as an on-site leader in managing and optimizing supply chain operations within one of the most critical logistical environments. This is a collaborative, high-visibility role that will require you to work with internal BPMI teams including logistics and engineering, while also engaging with government representatives across various Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP) organizations.
A Strong understanding and application of NNPP supply chain principles and business system protocols is essential, with an emphasis on data analysis, process efficiency, and on-site system support. You will perform advanced, complex critical business functions to support company operations in areas including but not limited to being responsible for the complete supply chain management life cycle, including components, equipment, and repair parts supporting naval nuclear propulsion plants and training platforms. Cognizant areas may include inventory control and storage, material movement authorization, on-site troubleshooting of logistical issues, disposal authorization, repair part provisioning, and requirements determination via shipboard configuration management.

- Provide on-site support for the receipt, storage, and shipment of program materials, ensuring efficient inventory management and seamless logistical operations.
- Supporting the resolution of BPMI-related issues at the Department of Energy (DOE) material office in Mechanicsburg.
- Conduct on-site inventory stock checks and perform detailed reviews and inspections of BPMI-controlled materials.
- Coordinate and lead process reviews to support BPMI operations and overall program objectives. Identify and resolve operational challenges, recommend improvements, and propose system enhancements to streamline logistical systems and related processes.
- Coordinate Prime Contractor and Vendor Field Service site visits, ensuring alignment with operational needs and proper oversight of BPMI personnel participation.
- Lead the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of large-scale, cross-program meetings aimed at driving Program goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration with Supply Chain Concentration, or equivalent education from an accredited college or university.
- An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of one year of experience.
- A minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience.
- Seventeen (17) or more years of completed education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years of experience requirements.
- Requires a security clearance; however, all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy security clearance is required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - influencing decision making through well-developed communication and presentation skills.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and role specific applications.
