Project Overview
Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility for Intel Corporation, located at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. As part of this work, the M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading-edge chipmaking facility — a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success. The project supports the continued expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain while creating significant opportunity for the local Arizona workforce. Joining the Fab 62 team means contributing directly to one of the most strategically important construction efforts in the United States and helping deliver the infrastructure behind the next generation of microelectronics.
Job Summary
In this role, you will participate in subcontract formation and/or administration. Subcontract formation includes leading preparation and review of bid request packages and developing project contracts operating procedures. Subcontract administration includes continual progress review, forecasting, and communication of difficulties. Your work will ensure subcontract compliance with project requirements.
Major Responsibilities
Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience

Major Responsibilities
- Provides expertise, advice, and direction for project and materials activities to ensure the overall organizational effectiveness among all functions responsible for the materials management process.
- Reviews the project schedule, evaluates approved and pending changes, evaluates impacts to timing and sequence of each functional group, and ensures that materials meet required delivery dates.
- Reviews schedule revisions for impacts and participates in the development of contingency planning.
- Ensures adherence to the project execution plan and that key activities are performed in the right sequence.
- Monitors Supplier Change Requests and Change Notices
- Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Regularly interacts with cross functional personnel and senior leadership on matters concerning project operations related to material management activities
