• Has solid experience with Georgia's Medicaid waiver programs, including:

  • Structured Family Care

  • Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Community Care Program (ICWP)

  • Community Care Services Program (CCSP)

  • SOURCE (Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment)

• Already has valuable connections within our service areas

• Understands the ins and outs of how these programs serve our community

Takes Initiative ?

• Is self-motivated and doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder

• Can work independently while staying connected to our supportive team

• Takes pride in going above and beyond for clients and colleagues

Is Ready to Hit the Road ?

• Has reliable transportation and enjoys traveling throughout Georgia

• Is comfortable with 100% travel as you build relationships across our service areas

• Sees travel as an adventure, not a burden
