Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Electrical Testing Coordinator. The coordinator will oversee daily electrical testing operations, manage testing schedules, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with teams to maintain high service quality. Additional responsibilities include program and project management duties, training team members, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders to support project objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with teams and clients.
- Proven experience in program management and project management, with a focus on coordinating complex tasks.
- Experience in employee training and education to foster skill development and adherence to safety standards.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with industry regulations.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and power system testing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Project Management, or similar) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze electrical test reports for accuracy, anomalies, and diagnostics
- Help manage and maintain tools and test equipment inventory for field technicians
- Respond to technical IT questions and troubleshooting requests from field technicians
- Help schedule testing work with customers and coordinate project timelines
- Assist in maintaining project budgets and tracking progress
- Make occasional field visits to support learning, observe testing procedures, and assist with problem-solving
- Develop familiarity with electrical testing procedures, three-phase power systems, diagnostics, and industry best practices
- Support overall operations of the testing division as needed
