Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable CareStack Trainer with strong Project Management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, particularly in a pedo/ortho dental office environment. This role requires expertise in dental office administration and the use of CareStack for insurance eligibility, breakdowns, insurance tables, billing, claims, and other related processes, as well as proficiency in Dolphin software for orthodontic management. The candidate should also have experience with CareStack conversions, including transitioning practices to CareStack software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage CareStack conversions for practices transitioning to the platform, ensuring seamless implementation and user adoption.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and programs tailored to the needs of new hires and existing staff.
- Conduct engaging training sessions that cover essential topics such as front desk operations, customer service excellence, medical billing procedures, and CareStack-specific processes.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees, offering constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and evaluations, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that training initiatives and system implementations stay on track and within scope.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong preference around use of Monday.com as a project management software.
- Proven experience in a dental office setting, with hands-on experience using CareStack and Dolphin software.
- Previous experience with CareStack conversions is required, including handling the technical and operational aspects of system transitions.
- Ability to train and monitor employees remotely.
- Familiarity with administrative duties including documentation review and medical billing processes.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective training delivery.
- Could be up to 75% travel to be onsite to help with the conversions.
