Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitation services.

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to state practice guidelines and evidence-based best practices
• Contribute to identifying appropriate patients for therapy and collaborate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet all regulatory requirements

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
