About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a valued member, you will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
- Provide physical therapy treatments in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting.

Requirements:
- An Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- A current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
