Job Title: RN Nursing Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN to supervise our nursing staff and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
  • Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
