Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation)
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Utilize evidence-based practice and current research in making decisions about patient care

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
