1. You will work between different units at our medical center, delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
2. As part of our internal float pool, you'll collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
3. You will adapt quickly to unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.

You will receive training and support to build leadership skills and help multiple units thrive.

• Experience: Minimum 18 months of Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility: Ability to meet the following per 6-week schedule:
• 2 Fridays
• 2 Mondays
• 1 Weekend

Salary : $76,000 - $116,000
