We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents at our prestigious educational institution. As a key member of our community, you will provide a nurturing and supportive environment for students in our on-campus homes.
Your role will involve guiding and caring for a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
In this dynamic position, you will work closely with your partner to create a warm and welcoming home atmosphere, promoting academic success, emotional well-being, and character development in our students.
Salary : $44,868 - $167,000
