Registered Nurse Position

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering quality care while working in post-acute facilities as a registered nurse
• Coordinating with care teams to create personalized plans for residents
• Communicating care options with medical staff, residents, and family members
• Taking vital signs and monitoring fluid intake for lab work
• Delivering medications and treatments to residents
• Documenting vital signs, nursing interventions, medical histories, and other relevant information in resident records
• Ensuring effective use of medical equipment and devices
• Assisting staff with incident investigations
• Complying with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and standards of care

Salary : $63,000 - $125,000
